Editorial/research expansion after source audit.

Changes:

- converts PA(S)ID from a mainly conceptual passport idea into a minimally typed event protocol;
- adds explicit evidence lanes and separates observation, interpretation and physics-local validation;
- narrows moonlight claims to what the cited experimental/review literature actually supports;
- adds MCPD v2.1, Genesys and MIAPPE interoperability context;
- adds Farmers’ Rights, consent, privacy and benefit-sharing as part of provenance;
- expands negative-result handling and research-testing logic;
- adds explicit claim-boundary formulas;
- adds canonical Markdown source.
